On the corner of Jetty Street and High Street in Cromer, Norfolk there is a rather cool little dress shop. Not only does the dress shop sell very fabulous clothes but it is also housed in a rather magical building! Grade II listed, it has two addresses, number 11 High Street and also 1 Jetty Street. The view down to the lamp-post and the sea at the end of Jetty Street is iconic!
This was my first painting of 2025 and I really felt I had finally found my true artistic style and direction in this artwork. It marked a pivotal moment in my art journey and was a fabulous way to start the year, followed in May by it being picked as the “Overall Winner” at the Cromer VEO Arts & Crafts Exhibition 2025!
